Yes — as long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wild-official.com. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once you receive it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are fully secured and encrypted. Your card details are never stored on our platform. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders outside the GCC region — these must be prepaid.

Yes, we ship to all GCC countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be dispatched the same day.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for GCC orders with an additional fee of AED 20. Please note that a 5% VAT and a 10% government fee apply to GCC shipments.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your country. Please note that international orders (outside GCC) are prepaid only — no Cash on Delivery option is available. Customs duties, taxes, and any import fees at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time from your account on our website.

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@wild-official.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly and work with you to find the best resolution.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are free for UAE orders — we will provide a prepaid return label. For international orders, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Send us an email at contact@wild-official.com with your order number and reason for return. For UAE returns, we will send you a prepaid return label. For international returns, we will share the return address — shipping fees back to our warehouse are at your expense.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
