RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that are not in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
UAE orders: Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.
International orders: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We will provide the return address after your request is approved.

DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wild-official.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
