RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that are not in their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
UAE orders: Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.

DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wild-official.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions as returns. Contact us at contact@wild-official.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If the item is available, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
If your preferred item is unavailable, the fastest option is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@wild-official.com.
