At Wild Travel, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

2. UAE DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only)
Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Your order will be delivered the same day within Dubai.

Next-Day Delivery (All UAE city limits)
Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Your order will be delivered within 1 business day.

Standard Delivery (Remote areas)
Delivery within 1 to 2 business days for addresses in remote or non-city areas across the UAE.

The available delivery option for your address will be displayed at checkout.

3. GCC DELIVERY

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed at checkout.
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be dispatched the same day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for GCC orders with an additional fee of AED 20.
A 5% VAT and a 10% government fee apply to all GCC shipments.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country.
All international orders (outside GCC) must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any government fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wild Travel is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time from your account on our website.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the carrier will make additional attempts or leave a notification. Wild Travel is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@wild-official.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will investigate and work with you to find the best resolution.
